Due to the nature of the products sold on this website (Digital Downloadable Files), there are no returns issued. However, let us know if you are having any trouble at all with your products, we are happy to help! Contact Jenn at origamitwist@gmail.com with any questions.
Shipping
All products that are availalbe on the www.origamitwist.com website are downloadable digital files which the customer then prints out on their home printer (alternatively, they can bring the file to their local office supply store for printing.
There are no physical products for sale on the website, and therefore no shipping charges!
